Here's a reason to LOVE the new law:
The legislation included the extension of the Adoption Tax Credit (originally scheduled to expire this year) through Dec. 21, 2011. In addition to the extension, the credit increased from a max of $12,150 to $13,170 for adoption related expenses. Plus, the Adoption Tax Credit is now refundable, meaning a family will recieve the credit even if they have little or no tax liability.
This is wonderful news for all those still in the adoption process!!!!!!
